Description of Mask Material and Structure
We use FRP to make the main body of the mask, average thickness with 2mm and has a strong toughness and strength.
Use EPOXY and will not release special odors, solvents or deteriorate after using for a period.
We purchase foam from a manufacturer that specializes in anti-collision buffer equipment for kindergartens, so it will not have the problems of ordinary foam solvents.
And we also cover a fabric on the head side of the foam to increase the durability.
There are three constructions of our mask:
lightweight (default) ¾ hood type full head type
The default lightweight type: (½ FRP face + ½ foam shell)
Our general M size mask can meet the most head shapes, a lightweight design uses FRP on the face part + foam shell, a mask's weight (without the wig) generally under 500g.
And it can meet high ponytail, double ponytails, bun hair or if you need to install zippers on hairnet.
¾ hood type (¾ FRP face + foam shell)
S or L size masks will use 3/4 FRP faces.
GPM-15 is S size, because it is a smaller size, a thinner inner shell can increase the space inside the mask.
GPM-23 is L size, because L size is the setting for a character with a big head, or a customer with a strong body or big head.
The full head type (¾ FRP face and shell + ¼ FRP back cover)
Some molds accept an extra price of 200 USD to order the full head type, default use a Japan brand lockable stainless tool box buckles.
